From the flowers you carry and the setting of your ceremony, through to your reception tables, candles, vessels and finishing details, we consider how every element works together to create the overall experience.
Rather than treating florals and styling as separate pieces, we look at the wedding as a whole — the venue, colour palette, textures, proportions and atmosphere — creating a celebration that feels cohesive, intentional and completely your own.

SET-UP & INSTALLATION +
We take care of delivery, placement, installation and styling on the day, so the entire space is finished before you and your guests arrive. Where planned, we’ll also repurpose and relocate ceremony florals into your reception, allowing your flowers to be enjoyed throughout more of the day.

For couples who have the wider styling of their day covered but want the florals to feel every bit as considered.
We work closely with your stylist, wedding planner or coordinator to ensure the florals sit beautifully within the wider creative direction of your day. And if you’re taking care of the styling yourself, we’ll work directly with you — considering your colours, venue, chosen details and overall vision as we develop the floral design.
From the flowers you carry to your ceremony and reception, each floral element is designed as part of one cohesive story. We consider colour, movement, texture, seasonality and the spaces we’re working within, creating flowers that complement everything around them while still having their own presence.
You don’t need to know exactly which flowers you want. Bring us the direction, the feeling and the pieces you’ve already chosen — we’ll take care of the flowers.

03 — PACK-DOWN SERVICE
Leave the rest to us.
The last thing you — or your family and friends — should be thinking about at the end of your wedding is packing away flowers, candles and styling pieces.
Our pack-down service means we return to your venue after the celebration to carefully dismantle floral installations, collect our hire pieces and clear the elements we've provided.
It’s one more part of the day you don’t need to organise, delegate or worry about — you can simply enjoy the celebration and leave the rest to us.
RETURN TO VENUE +
We return after your celebration at the pre-arranged pack-down time.
DISMANTLE & CLEAR +
Floral installations are carefully dismantled and the items supplied by Studio Zgela are cleared from the space.
HIRE COLLECTION +
We collect our vessels, candleholders, plinths and other Studio Zgela hire pieces, so there’s nothing for you to return the following day.
04 — GUEST FLOWER WRAPPING SERVICE
Made to be shared.
Rather than leaving your beautiful reception flowers behind at the end of the night, our guest flower wrapping service gives them another life.
We return later in the evening to carefully gather and wrap your reception flowers into individual bunches, ready for your guests to take home as they leave. It’s a beautiful way to share the flowers you’ve invested in and give your guests a little piece of the celebration to enjoy beyond the day.
WE RETURN +
We return later in the evening at a pre-arranged time, while your celebration is still underway.
WRAPPED FOR YOUR GUESTS +
Reception flowers are carefully gathered and wrapped into individual bunches, ready to take home.
A FINAL GESTURE +
The finished bunches are displayed for guests to collect as they leave — a thoughtful final detail and a beautiful way for your flowers to be enjoyed again.
